I had an eye problem when I was about 16 years old, the diopter was not very big (1.75 in the left eye, 1.50 in the right) for far away.

Wearing glasses bothered me the most, and I was helpless without them. I wore them all the time and doing my job (installer of solar power generation systems) created additional problems for me, as well as tanning my skin from their frame. It’s been years since I decided to take this laser diopter correction step, it was just a matter of when I would do it.

I heard about laser vision correction when I was 16-17 years old and that it was only done in Turkey and Serbia, but not in our country. When I heard that the surgery was now also available here in our country, I was just waiting for a good price and the quality of services to be approved by many patients.

Although I had criticism from all sides, my wife, family, I still was decided to do the  intervention. I did not expect such a reception in the hospital – I felt so comfortable with the staff and with dr. Fanka Gilevska, everyone was super friendly and understanding  and I am very grateful for everything! This hospital for me is synonymous with trust.

On the day of the intervention, I was excited, but happy because I had been waiting for this moment for so many years. Everything went well, and the next morning when I arrived at the hospital I was happy as a child – before entering the hospital I read an advertisement at a long distance, which I couldn’t do before even with my glasses!
