природен лек за катаракта

What is cataract?

Cataracts are the most common occurrence in ophthalmology. It is a blurring of the natural lens of the eye, which must be removed to avoid possible vision loss. But is there a natural cure for cataracts?

Why does cataract appear?

As we know, cataracts usually form in later years. As the body ages, so does the eye, and a protein layer forms in the lens, blurring vision. Cataracts can also occur due to certain diseases that occur throughout life, such as diabetes, hypertension, cigarette smoking, previous eye surgery, hormone therapy, and high myopia (short sightedness). Therefore, it is recommended to have eye examinations annually, especially if you have these diseases or you are in later years.

What are the symptoms of cataracts?

Symptoms of cataracts are:

  • Blurred vision,
  • Loss of contrast,
  • Glare in bright light,
  • Double image,
  • Reading problems,
  • Watching TV and driving.

Can cataracts be prevented?

A very common question is whether cataracts can be prevented before they occur. There is still no scientific evidence that cataracts can be prevented before they appear or develop. According to several studies, the intake of vitamin E and C can have a positive effect on the eyes, whether it will help the appearance of cataracts, but it has not yet been scientifically proven. A good source of vitamin E is spinach, almonds and sunflower seeds, also a good vitamin for the body is vitamin C.

Is there a natural cure for cataracts?

Cataract is a clouding of the natural lens and can only be removed with surgery. Research and evidence show that there is still no natural cure for cataracts and all the medicines that are written in magazines, newspapers with recipes for treating cataracts in a natural way can only harm the eyes, because it will leave a long period of developed cataracts and postoperative recovery will be a little more difficult than removing a newly developed cataract.

Research is underway to indicate that cataracts may be cured in the future. The drops would be a substitute for surgery, but the risk of other eye conditions as a result of the drops is still being investigated. Nevertheless, an examination by an ophthalmologist is mandatory, who according to your diagnosis will suggest a specific solution for your eye problem.
